I did these pops for a friend's daughter who had her birthday party at a horse farm. Cowgirl hat cake pops for her 7th birthday (hence the 7 on the hat). They were so much fun to make and I bet you can't guess what the brim of the hat is??? Well, it's a chocolate covered Pringle. Which I discovered are very tasty!
